Dear Rev. Fr. Calibo,

I am writing this letter to express my regrets that I will not be able to attend our retreat on March
14, 2020.

Unfortunately I will be travelling to Manila on March 14, 2020 to meet my employer on the
following day (March 15, 2020) but as this is a mandatory activity of our school and as a part of
being a student I desire to be part of the event by attending the retreat on the morning session
since my flight will be in the afternoon.

I am hoping for your kind consideration.
