Dear Mr Mills,

Your Company has arranged the shipping of two containers from Spain to Canada. Our agreement
stated that the containers were dispatched on 22th february on the vessel QueenPeace. However,
the containers arrived a week later and some of the goods were damaged.

Because of this inconvenience we are losing a lot of money, and this situation is totally
unnaceptable. We have lost all trust in your company.

Please look into this situation to solve the problem by taking the necessary measures with the
insurance contracted.
