I’ll start with the industry analysis first, in this slide we're showing how our
business will follow the PESTEL analysis. Political, economical, social,
technological, environmental and legal environment these are the 6 elements of
PESTEL analysis used to determine how the external factors will affect the
business.

Next up, we've risk management. In this slide we are identifying the potential risks
of our business, by identifying the risks it will be easier for us to take the
appropriate steps to prevent them from happening. One of the risks are high start
up cost - in high-risk investment either there will be a large percentage chance of
loss or vice versa.Another potential risk that might disrupt our business is
technological issue, such as information security incidents, cyberattacks,
password theft and more. Competition can cause less profits for our business.
Pricing - pricing always involves risk and uncertainty, You make the best
decision you can, but you can’t tell how it will play out until you put your
price in front of customers and see how they react.

Now lets have a look at our services, we are providing our top notch
cleaning service for offices and household. There will be packages and 24x7
customer care service. Through our cleaning service business we believe we
will be able to create a lotta job oppurtunities.

In this slide, we’ve the prices of our service. After doing a market research
we’ve set the prices according to customer’s needs. We kept our price point
standard so that we can maintain a healthy competition in the marketplace.

Moving on to the segmentation and targeted audience section, there are 2


segmentation in our business, 1. Geographic, categorizing customers based
on their geographical location. 2. Demographic, categorizing customers
based on factors like age, education, income level etc.
Now let’s have a look at one of the most critical processes in marketing,
promoting. Promo focuses on how to attract the right audience to your
business. And we decided to promote our business in two different ways. 1.
Direct marketing - communicate with the customers directly. 2. Digital
marketing – connecting with potential customers virtually.

Pricing Strategy:
We are setting our prices based on market competition.
There are many competitions on the industry, but we are
creating our prices of our services keeping all positions of
people in mind
Here are the prices and packages of our service,
 For a house clean service we’re charging BDT 500/-
taka for 1 bedroom 1 hall room and 1 kitchen will
include in this package for regular cleaning service.
 For only washroom cleaning the service charge is
BDT 100/- taka only.
 We’ll take BDT 300/- taka per square feet for office
cleaning service.
 To reach out our service places and back to our
warehouse we’re taking a charge of 60 taka.
If any customer needs further services for extra places
the price will increase by the rooms and area.

In 2022, initial investment for CleanBee was 32, 31,104/- BDT. By the end of 2022

upcoming years 2023 and 2024 respectively.
