EXCECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Mahinot Esculanta looking to established the first stall in U.S.A and France. Our
company offers variety of sweets and deserts that is originated from traditional Filipino cuisine.
the company will having a franchise and making a stall offering delicious snacks that it is new to
thier taste. accourding to the research american traditional breakfast is eggs , bacon, sausage,
pancakes and waffle sometimes they also do fasting, so our company will offers products rich in
carbohydrates which is good for replacement in breakfast.

Products and Specification

Our products is originated in filipino desserts and made from cassava.

*Cassava Cake- moist cake made from grated cassava, coconut milk, and condensed milk with a
custard layer on top.

*Suman - comprised of grated cassava, brown sugar, and coconut cream.

*Puto- Popular as a mid-afternoon snack treat, cassava puto are often enjoyed warm with grated
coconut

Statement of the problem

U.S.A and France

 when it comes of food France and U.S.A always used dessert as a morning meal such as
( toasted bread, cookies, cake, bread etc)

Americans are a nation of feeders,we love nothing more than to bring a dish to pass, have a
family picnic, toss together a potluck or organise a cookie swap.The dining table is regularly a
serving platter to be filled with delicious, homecooked food. When everything is ready, guests
grab a plate, fill it up to overflowing with a bit of everything.

Proposed of Solution

Manihot Esculanta prepared a healthy and yummy food for them instead having a heavy food
everyday. cassava is good for replacing eating rice or people having a maintain diet. and healthy
concious people. Cassava cake is suit for kids and adult. Manihot Esculanta preparing ready to
eat food for like Puto, Cassava cake etc. for peole like having eating in fastfoood or outside
