JEAN ANTIPORTA

 Has been teaching major Mass Communication subjects such as radio and
TV production, Journalism, Media Writing and English subjects at her alma
mater St. Theresa's College, then at the University of San Jose Recoletos
where she got her master's degree in Development Communication. She
also taught at the University of the Visayas and recently at the Cebu
Technological University.
 Started her career in broadcasting right after graduating from college and
worked as a newscaster at DYNC-FM, the former MRS FM station.
 At the same time, she was also working with an advertising agency called
Creatron Ads for four years and became the Creatives Director there where
she supervised all the creative aspects in advertising and public relations,
including scriptwriting and productions of commercials for radio and
television.
 She also worked as a part-time disc jockey at DYRT-FM of the GMA network
for four years before transferring to the government radio station DYMR
Radyo ng Bayan, now called Radyo Pilipinas Cebu in 1990 to start her career
as a broadcast journalist.
 In her 32 years of service at the government radio station, she has gone far
from being a news reporter and then a producer-announcer. Now she is the
station manager of DYMR Radyo Pilipinas Cebu.
