Think and discuss the following:

1. How and when will I achieve my training and education goals?

It doesn't matter how big or small the goal is; it can be achieved. To reach your training and
educational objectives, you must be strong on the goal but flexible on the method, and having a strong
'why' will help you keep your eyes on the prize and continue through the difficult times. Be clear about
what you want, make sure it's your goal, understand why it's important to you, and track your progress.
You may also acquire it by making an attempt to take risks under diverse conditions.

2. How and when will I gain the additional skills and experience I need?

Your skill set can be used to advance in your present work or broadened to get a job in a new
sector or industry. Education and experience can help you build and enhance skills. The more
competent you are in doing specific abilities, the more likely you are to earn or advance in a career.
These skills can be gained or improved through training, tutorials, and practice.
