What dilemmas are posed by technology?
Answer:
Most parents would say that these devices encourage their children to be unproductive and unhealthy,
the first problem is people who become ill from various illnesses as a result of using technology
excessively, second dilemma: However, neither scientific community nor children are to blame because,
in the first place, they are yet unable to make moral judgments for themselves. Second, even if the
designers of these technologies made a point of explaining to kids the benefits and drawbacks of their
contributions, it would be pointless because kids are still too young to comprehend it, Children's
characters changed as a result of adults' carelessness and overconfidence.
Using a human rights-based approach to science and technology, how can we solve these problems or
issues?
Answer:
My answer is you can’t, according to some of these experts, the digital age's accelerating technological
change is making it difficult for humans to keep up with and respond to emerging challenges,
Technology always creates two new problems for everyone it solves, Technology does not solve
problems; rather, it is a tool for leveraging a company's strengths.
Do you agree with the contents of Carr’s article? Why or why not?
Answer:
YES, Nicholas Carr argues in his article "Is Google Making Us Stupid?" that Google and the Internet are
causing members of Modern civilization to lose their attention span and ability to think deeply about
long pieces of text, Nicholas Carr used an analogy to illustrate the contrasts between book learning and
online learning. He makes the case that book learning is preferable to online learning.

What specific dilemma does Carr’s article present? How can we solve these problems?
Answer:
Carr's article's goal is to enlighten the reader on one talent that he feels is undervalued: reading. He
believes the internet is altering the way the human mind processes. The internet has caught our
attention and changed our mental process. Schedule a time for your family to use the gadget, and
prepare engaging physical activities for them to do at other times.
