DEMAND LETTER

Dear, Mr. Cruz:

This demand letter is my last notice for the payment of the unpaid electric and water
bill for the month of ______________________ you left from the apartment you rented
located at ______________________________________________.

I request that upon receiving this letter you that you pay immediately the unpaid bills
from the said apartment. I am giving you one (1) week to pay in full the said bills.

Failure to make payment in full before the expiration of the one (1) week period, I
reserve all the rights to make the necessary legal action against you regarding this
matter.

This letter shall be provided as evidence in court should you fail to pay and if this
matter escalate. Your immediate response to this letter is greatly appreciated.
