Dear manager,

Here I write about the problems that existed at the puskesmas when I visited a sick
relative. Maybe this is just a suggestion for the leadership to pay more attention to the cleanliness
of the environment around the puskesmas.

Yesterday, when I visited a relative who was being treated at a health center that you
manage, I was immediately amazed by all the officers who provide fairly good service to their
patients. However, I was surprised when I saw the backyard of the health center that you
manage, there was so much garbage scattered and even worse in the public toilets. The place that
should be kept clean even looks unkempt, not even a trash can. This is very concerning..!!!

I hope that the puskesmas will take immediate action, maybe they can add workers in
the environmental hygiene sector or provide socialization to the community about the importance
of clean and healthy living.
