1. Pick-up validation
 Branch staff agreed ALL pick-up documents must be validated on/before 12:00pm. This
will enable pick-up teller assigned to validate the queued transactions and help
minimize branch lobby client traffic.

2. Individual Sales Target

 Everyone is encouraged to sell

 Everyone must follow checklist provided

4. Journey Cards
 Soon individual journey cards will be provided. This is the assessment of the various
activities made by the company. This card will also encourage each

5. Delivery of Uniforms
 Same design will be given.
 Estimated delivery of uniforms for provincial areas will be June 16 to July 29, 2022.

7. Bank Certification Guidelines

 BCD must be signed by two officers regardless of the amount.
 For one-officer complement, secure ABD’s approval to sign singly.
