Concession for J&K Candidates:- Who had ordinarily been domiciled
in the Kashmir Division in the State of Jammu and Kashmir during the
period 01-01-1980 to 31-12-1989. Any applicant intending to avail
the relaxation under this Category shall have to submit a certificate
from the District Magistrate in Kashmir Division within whose
jurisdiction he/she had ordinarily resided or any other authority
designated in this behalf by the Govt. of Jammu & Kashmir to the
effect that he/she had ordinarily been domiciled in the Kashmir
Division of the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 01-
01-1980 to 31-12-1989.

Widows, divorced women and women judicially separated from their Upto the age of 35 years (upto 40 years for

Stage-1 – Preliminary Test: It will be a screening examination to be held to shortlist candidates. The format of screening
examination shall be common and will be in following format:

Accordingly, the General Candidates/EWS < 40% marks and the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD with < 30%

Stage-2 – Advanced Test [Test will be of 02 (two) hours duration]

All candidates screened in Stage-1 to undertake an advanced test in their respective trade applicable for the post.

5. वैय क सा ा कार Personal Interview
(अ) अ यथ का अंितम चयन वैय क सा ा कार म दशन के आधार पर होगा ।

The final selection of the candidate will be based on the performance in Personal interview.
(ब) सा ा कार के िलए अनुमित िदए जाने से पूव अ यथ के यय-प ों (द तावेजों) को उसकी अ यिथता के समथन म अ य मूल
माणप ों/द तावेजों सिहत उसके शैि क यो ताओं, आयु, एससी/एसटी/ओबीसी/ईड यूएस/पीड यूबीडी (यिद लागू हो तो) माण-

The credentials of the candidate will be verified from the original documents of his/her educational qualifications
& Age, SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD certificates (if applicable) in support of his/her candidature including other original
certificates/documents before being allowed for the interview.

7.4 ती ा सूची (सभी पदों के िलए लागू) Wait List (Applicable for all the posts)
मु चयन सूची के अ यिथयों की सं या के समान अ यिथयों की एक ती ा सूची तैयार करके दिशत की जाएगी तथा चयन सूची म से िकसी अ थ
के उस पद पर काय हण हेतु िदए गए िनधा रत समय के अंदर यिद काय हण न करने के कारण पद र हो जाता है अथवा अ थ उ पद पर
काय हण कर लेत ा है और काय हण की तारीख से एक वष के अंदर ाग प दे दे ता है या उसकी मृ ु हो जाती है, यिद उस समय तक कोई नया
पेनल उपल नहीं है, तब ती ा सूची चािलत की जाएगी । तथािप, वह ती ा सू ची एक वष के बाद या ऐसी भत की अिधसूचना के प ात, जो भी
पहले हो, भावी नहीं होगी ।

8. बचमाक िनश जन हेतु सामा िदशािनदश General guidelines for Persons With Benchmark Disabilities
1. बचमाक िन:श ता की ेणी के वे अ थ जो ि बािधत ह, लोकोमोटर िडसेिबिलटी (दोनों भु जाएं भािवत – बी.ए) एवं से र ल पा ी से िसत ह
ऐसे सभी अ थ अपने खच पर िल खत परी ा हेतु ुतलेखक की सहायता ले सकते ह। अ ेणी के बचमाक िन:श जन अपने खच पर परी ा
म ुतलेखक की सहायता ले सकते ह बशते िक उनकी शारी रक सीिमतता का माण ा थ दे खभाल स ंधी सरकारी सं था के मु िचिक ा
अिधकारी/िसिवल सजन/िचिक ा अधी क ारा स ािपत हो। ुतलेखक स ंधी सुिवधा नीचे दशाए गए िनयमों के तहत सीिमत है : -
The candidates with benchmark disabilities in the category of blindness, locomotor disability (both arms affected – BA)
and cerebral palsy can use their own scribe at their cost during the examination. In case of candidates with other category
of benchmark disabilities, they can use their own scribe at their cost during the examination provided the candidates
concerned has physical limitation to write, and scribe is essential to write examination on his behalf, from Chief Medical
Officer/Civil surgeon/Medical Superintendent of a Government health care institution. This is subject to limits as
mentioned below and in all such cases where a scribe is used, the following rules will apply:

The candidate may avail assistance of scribe.
b. अ थ ारा लाया गया ुतलेखक परी ा म अ थ नहीं होना चािहए| ुतलेखक की यो यता परी ा दे रहे अ यथ की यो यता से कम से कम

The scribe arranged by the candidate should not be a candidate for the examination. The qualification of the scribe
should be atleast one step below the qualification of the candidate taking examination.
c. यिद पूरी ि या के िकसी भी र पर उ िनयमों का उ ंघन पाया जाता है तो परी ा के अ थ एवं ुतले खक दोनों की अ िथता िनर कर
दी जाएगी।
If violation of the above is detected at any stage of the process, candidature for Exam of both the candidates and the
scribe will be cancelled.
d. एक अ थ का ुत लेखक िकसी अ अ थ का ुतलेखक नही ं हो सकता|
A person acting as a scribe for one candidate cannot be a scribe for another candidate.
e. अ िथयों एवं ुतले खक दोनों को ही यह पु ि करते ए एक समु िचत घोषणा करनी होगी िक वह उपयु उ खत ुत लेखक हेतु अनुबंिधत
मानदं ड पूण करता है | इसके बाद म यिद यह कट होता है िक उ ोंने िनधा रत पा ता मापदं डों को पू ण नही ं िकयाहै अथवा मह पूण त ों को
िछपाया है तो आवेदक की अ िथता िनर मानी जाएगी चाहे िल खत परी ा का प रणाम कुछ भी रहा हो |
Both, the candidate as well as scribe, will have to give a suitable undertaking confirming that the scribe fulfils all the
stipulated eligibility criteria for a scribe as mentioned above. Further, in case, later it transpires that he/she did not fulfil
any laid down eligibility criteria or suppressed material facts, the candidature of the applicant will stand cancelled,
irrespective of the result of the written examination.

All the PwBD candidates may be allowed compensatory time of minimum 20 minutes for every 1 hour or as otherwise

Visually Impaired candidates (who suffer from not less than 40% of disability) may opt to view the contents of the test in
magnified print.
जो ि बािधत अ थ परी ा म ुत लेखक की सेवाओं का योग करगे, उनके िलए परी ा की साम ी को आवधक फॉ म दे खने की सु िवधा
उपल नही ं होगी।
The facility of viewing the contents of the test in magnified font will not be available to Visually Impaired candidates who
use the services of a Scribe for the examination.
9. अ िथयों के िलए सामा िनदश General Instructions for the candidates
1. केवल भारतीय नाग रक आवेदन करने के िलए पा ह।

Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
2. वतमान म, उपरो सभी पद नरौरा परमाणु िवद् युत क के िलए िनिद ह, िकंतु कारपोरे शन की आव कता के अनुसार कारपोरे शन की िकसी
भी इकाई/साईट म अथवा भारत/िवदे श म िकसी भी थान पर सेव ा के िलए तैनात िकया जा सकता है।
Presently, all above mentioned posts are identified for Narora Atomic Power Station but carries with it the liability to serve
in any of the units/Sites of the Corporation or at any place in India/abroad depending upon the requirement of the
Corporation.

The cut-off date for reckoning Age Limit, qualification and Post Qualification Experience would be closing date prescribed
for filling online application i.e. 27/12/2021. The cut-off date for determining all eligibility criteria i.e. 27/12/2021 would
remain same even if the closing date for submission of online application is extended for administrative / technical reasons.

Candidates should have completed their qualifying degree as on closing date of online submission of application i.e.
27/12/2021 Candidates appearing in Final Year / Final Semester are not eligible to apply.
5. जहाँ भी यो ता उपरा अनुभव िनधा रत िकया गया है, के िलए गणना िनधा रत ोफेशनल यो ता उ ीण करने के प ात की जाएगी| अ थ अपनी

Wherever Post Qualification experience is prescribed, it will be calculated only after passing the prescribed professional
qualification. Candidate should indicate exact post qualification experience in Years & Months e.g. 2 Years 11 Months only
and the same should not be rounded off to 3 years. The date will be calculated from the date of issuance of final mark
sheet / certificate.

Candidates are required to produce relevant certificate from the Principal / Dean of the Institute in support of approval /
recognition of the Institute & Course by AICTE/UGC at the time of document verification.
8. िजन अ िथयों को CGPA णाली के तहत ेड दान िकए गए ह, उ ह द ावेज स ापन के समय िव िव ालय / सं था ारा जारी माण िजसम
CGPA ेड को समु िचत ितशतता म प रवतन करना दशाया गया हो, ुत करना होगा।
Candidates who are awarded Gradations under the CGPA system are required to produce proof issued by the University /
Institute converting the CGPA Gradations into appropriate percentage at the time of document verification.
9. ऑन-लाइन आवेदन ुत करने से पूव , अ थ सुिनि त कर ल िक वे ऑन-लाइन िव ापन म कािशत आयु , शै िणक यो ता, काय
अनुभव एवं अ आव कताओं के संबंध म सभी पा ता मापदं डों को पूरा करते है | यिद अ थ पा नही ं ह तो उनकीअ िथता भत
ि या के िकसी भी र पर र कर दी जाएगी| यिद अ थ चयन ि या म उ ीण हो जाता है एवं बाद म यह पाया जाता है िक वह
पा ता मापदं डों को पूरा नहीं कर रहा है तो उसकी अ िथता िनर कर दी जाएगी एवं यिद िनयु कर िदया गया है तो िबना िकसी
नोिटस या ितपूित के उसकी सेवा समा कर दी जाएगी|
Before submitting the online application, the candidate must ensure that he/she fulfils all the eligibility criteria with
respect to age, educational qualifications, work experience and other requirements as published in the online
advertisement. If the candidate is not eligible, his / her candidature will be cancelled at any stage of the
recruitment. If the candidate qualifies in the selection process and subsequently, it is found that he/she does not
fulfil the eligibility criteria, his/her candidature will be cancelled and if appointed, services so obtained will be
terminated without any notice or compensation.
10. ऐसे ऑनलाइन आवेदनों, िजनम पा ता िस करने के िलए गलत/गुमराह करने वाली जानकारी दी गई ह, के िवषय म पता लगते ही अ थ को चयन

एनपीसीआईएल की सेव ाओं से बखा कर िदया जाएगा। एनपीसीआईएल ऐसे अ िथयों से इस संबंध म कोई प ाचार नहीं करे गा।
Online applications containing incorrect / misleading information leading to eligibility will lead to the candidate being
disqualified, as and when detected, irrespective of the stage of selection process and will also lead to dismissal from services
of the NPCIL, on its detection at any time after appointment. NPCIL will not entertain any correspondence from these
candidates.
11. द ावेजों के स ापन के समय अजा/अजजा/अिपव के सभी अ थ , जाित माणप जारी करने के िलए ािधकृत स म ािधकारी ारा क ीय

ओ.बी.सी. अ थ िजनके पास गै र- ीमी लेयर का माण-प है, भारत सरकार के िदशािनदशों के अनुस ार आर ण के िलए पा ह)। अिपव के
अ थ ऑनलाइन आवेदन करते समय ीमी लेयर/नॉन- ीमी लेयर (जो लागू हो) की थित करगे |
All candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category shall produce self-attested copy of the caste certificate in the prescribed
'Central Government' format from the Competent Authority empowered to issue such certificate along with originals for
verification at the time of documents verification. OBC certificate should be latest with suitable mention about Creamy layer /
Non – Creamy layer status (OBC candidates with certificate having the "Non-Creamy Layer Clause" only will be eligible for

reservation as per Government of India guidelines). The OBC applicants have to indicate their status as “Creamy Layer” or
“Non Creamy Layer” as the case may be while filling online application.

आगे यथोिचत कारवाई करने का अिधकार सुरि त है|
The candidate's appointment will remain provisional subject to caste certificate being verified through proper channel and
verification of testimonials. The candidate's services will be liable to be terminated forthwith without assigning any reason in
case the above verification reveals that his/her claim for belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/EWS category and other
testimonials is found false. NPCIL also reserves its right to take such further action against the candidate, as it may deem
proper, for production of such false certificates and testimonials.
13. ईड ूएस ेणी से संबंिधत सम अ िथयों को स म ािधकारी ारा िनधा रत प म जारी आय एवं संपि का वै ध माण-प ुत करना होगा।
“यिद िनयु हो जाती है, तो वह आय एवं संपि माण प के उिचत मा म से स ािपत होने तक अनं ितम रहेगी। यिद स ापन म ईड ूएस से

ुत करने हेतु भारतीय दं ड संिहता के उपबं धों के अंतगत िबना पूवा ह के कारवाई की जाएगी।”
All the candidates belonging to EWS category have to produce valid Income and Assets Certificate issued by a Competent
Authority in the prescribed format. “Appointment, if any, shall be provisional and subject to the Income and asset certificate
being verified through the proper channels and if the verification reveals that the claim to belong to EWS is fake/false the
services will be terminated forthwith without assigning any further reasons and without prejudice to such further action as
may be taken under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code for production of fake/false certificate.”
14. सफल अ थ की यथोिचत पद पर िनयु होने पर वेतन मैिट म वेतन के अित र यो क ीय महँगाई भ ा एवं समय-समय पर द िनगम
के अ लाभ जैसे िक छु ी रयायत भ ा , उपदान, िचिक ा सु िवधा, िवभागीय आवास आिद के िलए िनयमानुसार पा हों गे।
In addition to Pay in Pay Matrix, successful candidates on appointment to applicable grade will be eligible for applicable
Central Dearness Allowance and other benefits of the Corporation provided from time to time such as Leave Travel
Allowance, Gratuity, Medical Facility, Departmental Accommodation etc. as applicable.
15. बचमाक िनश जन ेणी के अ िथयों के संबंध म ूनतम िनश ता 40% है| िनश ता की उप- ेणी जैसे की आिट म पेकटम िडसऑं डर –

The minimum disability in case of PwBD candidates is 40%. Sub-category of disability, e.g. Autism Spectrum Disorder – Mild
or Moderate is to be indicated. The PwBD candidates shall possess a Certificate to this effect issued by the
Board/countersigned by the Medical Superintendent/Chief Medical Officer/Head of Hospital of Government.
16. यिद अनुसूिचत जाित/जनजाित/अिपव (नॉन ीमी लेयर)/ईड ूएस/पीड ड ू ी का माणप अं ेजी/िहंदी के अित र िकसी अ भाषा म जारी
िकया गया है तो अ थ को उस माणप की मािणत अनुवािदत ित ुत करनी होगी ।
If the SC/ST/OBC (Non Creamy Layer) /EWS/PwBD certificate has been issued in a language other than English / Hindi, the
candidate will be required to submit a self certified translated copy of the same either in English or Hindi.
17. बिधर अ िथयों को वण यं (िहय रं ग एड् स) का योग करने की अनुमित है , इसके िलए यं की व था उ यं करनी होगी|
The Hearing Impaired candidates are allowed to use Hearing Aids and the device should be arranged on their own.
18. सभी िनधा रत अिनवाय यो ताएं पू णकािलक, िनयिमत एवं मा ता ा िव िव ालय/सं थान से होनी चािहए ; अ था ऐसी यो ता पर िवचार नहीं
िकया जाएगा|
All the prescribed essential qualifications should be of full time, regular and from recognised University/Institution;
otherwise such qualification will not be considered.
19. अिधक अहता: जहां तक यो ता मापदं डों का संबंध है, भत के िलए िनधा रत ूनतम यो ता की पूित होनी चािहए । ूनतम यो ता के बाद एवं
उससे ऊपर उ चतर यो यता सिहत अ िकसी यो ता के कारण सभी िव ािपत पदों हेतु िल खत परी ा/कौशल परी ा म बैठने के िलए अ थ को
अयो नहीं ठहराया जाएगा।।
Over-Qualification: As regards the qualification criteria, minimum qualification prescribed for recruitment has to be fulfilled.
Any other qualification including higher qualification over and above the minimum qualification will not disqualify the
candidate to appear in written examination/skill test for all the advertised posts.

पेजस, कै लकुलेटर, पेन ै नर या ऐसे कोई अ इले ािनक उपकरण को परी ा हॉल के भीतर ले जाने की अनुमित नहीं है | िकताब / नोट्स अथवा
इससे स ंिधत अ कोइ व ु आिद को परी ा हॉल म ले जाने की अनुमित नहीं है| इन िनदशों का िकसी भी कार से उ ंघन करने पर उनकी
अ िथता िनर कर दी जाएगी|
Electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, electronic wrist watches, electronic earphones/ear buds, wrist watch phones,
multimedia watches, pagers, calculator, pen scanners or any other such electronic devices are not permitted inside the
premises of Examination Hall. Likewise, books/notes or any such related materials shall not be permitted in the examination
halls. Any infringement of these instructions shall entail cancellation of their Candidature.
22. ऐसे अ थ जो क /रा सरकार, एनपीसीआईएल सिहत क /रा सरकार के अधीन सावजिनक े के उप मों, ाय िनकायों, अनु दान ा
सं थानों म कायरत ह, उ अपने वतमान िनयो ा का अनापि माणप ुत करना अपे ि त होगा, ऐसा न करने पर उनकी अ िथता ीकार
नहीं की जाएगी| ऐसे अ थ वतमान िनयो ा का अनापि माण प अव लाएं , इसके िबना उ िल खत परी ा/कौशल परी ा/ वैय क
सा ा ार म बैठने की अनुमित नही ं दी जाएगी।
Candidates working in the Central/State Government, Public Sector Undertakings of Central/State Government (including
NPCIL), Autonomous Bodies, Aided Institutions are required to produce NOC from the present employer failing which their
candidature will not be accepted. Such candidates must bring NOC from the present employer without which they will not be
allowed to appear in the Written examination/Skill test/Personal Interview.
23. कॉरपोरे शन म अ थ का अंितम चयन िनधा रत ािधकारी ारा िचिक ीय प से थता माणप , च र एवं पू ववृ (सी.एं ड.ए.) तथा िवशेष
सुर ा ावली (एस.एस. .ू ) के स ापन, जाित माण-प एवं बचमाक िनश जन माणप (यिद लागू हो तो) के स ापन के अधीन होगा।
The final selection of the candidate in the Corporation will be subject to medically fit certification by the prescribed authority,
verification of Character & Antecedents (C&A) and Special Security Questionnaire (SSQ), verification of Caste Certificates &
PwBD certificate (if applicable).
24. िल खत परी ा/कौशल परी ा के िलए बाहर से बुलाए गए अनुसूिचत जाित/अनुसूिचत जनजाित के अ िथयों को आने-जाने का ि तीय ेणी रे ल
िकराए अथवा सामा बस िकराए की ितपूित िनयमानुसार की जाएगी। तथािप अनुसूिचत जाित/अनुसूिचत जनजाित के ऐसे अ थ जो क /रा
सरकार, क /रा के िनगमों, सावजिनक े के उप मों, थानीय िनकायों एवं पंचायतों म सेवारत ह, उ या ा भ े का भुगतान नहीं िकया जाएगा।
Outstation candidates of SC/ST category called for written examination/skill test shall be reimbursed to and fro IInd Class Rail
or ordinary Bus fare as per rules. However, SC/ST candidates those who are already in service of Central/State Government,
Central/State Corporations, PSUs, Local Government Institutions and Panchayats, shall not be paid travelling allowance.
25. यो ता मापदं ड पूरा नहीं करने वाले अथवा जाित माण-प , या ा िटकट आिद द ावेज ुत नही ं करने वाले अ िथयों को िल खत परी ा/कौशल
परी ा म भाग ले ने के िलए या ा य की ितपूित नहीं की जाएगी|
Travelling expenditure shall not be reimbursed to candidates for attending written examination/ skill test, if they do not fulfil
the eligibility criteria or do not produce documents like Caste Certificate, journey tickets etc.
26. एनपीसीआईएल के पास यह अिधकार सु रि त है िक यिद िव ािपत पद के िलए उपयु अ थ नहीं िमलता है तो वे िकसी अ थ का चयन नहीं
करगे।
NPCIL reserves the right not to select any of candidate(s) for the advertised post if suitable candidate is not found.
27. पद के िलए वां िछत यो ता पूरी करने वाले अ थ ही आवेदन करने के िलए पा ह|
Candidates possessing requisite qualification for the post are only eligible to apply.
28. अंितम वष/अं ितम सेमे र की परी ा म भाग ले रह या परी ा प रणाम की ती ा कर रहे अ थ , आवेदन के िलए पा नहीं ह। अतः उनकी
अ िथता पर िवचार नहीं िकया जाएगा।
Those candidates who are appearing in or awaiting result of final year/final semester are not eligible to apply. Hence
their candidature shall not be considered.

At any stage of this recruitment process including after recruitment or joining, if any of the following is detected, the said
applicant will be liable to be disqualified, prosecuted and debarred for all appointments in NPCIL and his/her
application/appointment will be rejected forthwith.
यिद आवेदक ने If the applicant:-
a. गलत सूचना दी हो या अस द ावेज ुत िकया हो; अथवा has provided wrong information or submitted false documents; or
b. संगत सूचनाओं को िछपाया हो; अथवा has Suppressed relevant information; or

post; or
d. भत ि या के दौरान िकसी अनु िचत साधन का योग िकया हो ;अथवा has resorted to unfair means during the Recruitment
process; or
e. छ ता का दोषी पाया जाता है ;अथवा is found guilty of impersonation; or
f. परी ा क पर िल खत परी ा के सुचा संचालन को भािवत करने के िलए वधान पैदा िकया हो; अथवा has created disturbance
affecting the smooth conduct of the Written Examination at the test centre venue; or

The applicant would be admitted to the examination on the basis of the information furnished by him/her in the online
application form. It is therefore advised to ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility conditions before applying. In case it is
found at a later stage that the information furnished by an applicant is false or an applicant does not fulfil any other eligibility
conditions, the candidature of such applicant would be cancelled and no correspondence in this regard would be
entertained.

Issuance of an admit card for the examination will not confer any right for appointment. Appointment will be solely subject

आवेदन का तर का HOW TO APPLY
1. अ यथ को वैबसाइट “www.npcilcareers.co.in” पर िदए गए आवेदन फॉम म केवल ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना है ।

A Candidate has to apply through online application form provided on the website “www.npcilcareers.co.in” only.
2. ऑनलाइन आवेदन फॉम वैबसाइट पर 03 िदस र, 2021 से 27 िदस र, 2021 (16:00 बजे ) तक उपल ध रहेगा।
The online application form will be available on the website from December 03, 2021 to December 27, 2021 (16:00
Hrs).
3. यह अिनवाय है िक संबंिधत सूचना (जैसे अहक िड ी िववरण, एनपीसीआईएल म कांटे ट के अधीन अनुभव का िववरण, ितशत अंक, ईमे ल
पता, संपक मोबाइल नंबर, इ यािद) दी जाए िजससे ऑनलाइन आवेदन ि या पू री की जा सके और आवेदन नंब र ा त िकया जा सके।
इसिलए आवेदकों को सलाह है िक ऑनलाइन आवे दन करने से पहले यह जानकारी तैयार रख।
It is mandatory to input all the relevant information (such as qualifying degree details, NPCIL contract experience
details, percentage marks, email address, contact mobile number etc.) to complete the online application process and
get the Application number. Therefore, applicants are advised to keep such information ready before applying online.
4. ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने से पहले अपलोड करने हेतु अ यथ को चािहए िक वह जेपीजी फॉमट म अपना फोटो ाफ रखे, िजसका आकार
50केबी से अिधक न हो और लंबाई-चौड़ाई म कम से कम 125x165 िप सल (4.4x5.8 सेमी) हो और जेपीजी फॉमट म ह ता र रखे, िजसका
आकार 20 केबी से अिधक न हो और लंबाई-चौड़ाई म कम से कम 125x80 िप सल (4.4x2.9 सेमी) हो। अपलोड िकया गया फोटो ाफ
वेश काड पर छापा जाएगा और केवल उसी आवेदन को िल खत परी ा के िलए अनुमित दी जाएगी िजसके वेश काड पर उसका

फोटो ाफ छपा होगा। फोटो ाफ रं गीन होना चािहए िजसका बैक ाउं ड सामा ता ह े रं ग अथवा सफ़ेद हो और यिद आप च ा पहनते ह

Before applying online, candidate should scan his / her photograph in JPG format, of size not more than 50KB and a
minimum of 125 x 165 pixels (4.4 x 5.8 in cm) in dimensions and signature in JPG format of size not more than 20KB
and a minimum of 125 x 80 pixels (4.4 x 2.9 cm) in dimensions, for uploading. The photograph uploaded will be
printed on the Admit Card and only the applicant whose photograph is printed on the Admit Card will be allowed to
appear for Written Examination. The photograph should be in color, against a light colored preferably white
background and if you wear glasses make sure that there are no reflections and your eyes can be clearly seen.
5. ऑनलाइन रिज टेशन िकया म ये चरण शािमल हों गे :

The Online registration process consists of following steps:
a. पहला चरण: आवेदन के िलए ज री है िक सभी ाथिमक जानका रयां दी जाएं , जैस-े नाम, ज मितिथ, वग, ईमे ल, मोबाइल नंबर और यिद
लागू है तो अ य छूट िववरण। इस चरण के सफल प से पू रा होने के बाद ए वेशन िलंक आवेदक के ईमे ल पर भेज ा जाएगा। Click on
Apply => Online Registration from the top / left for registration.
Step 1: The applicant is required to furnish all basic information such as Name, Date of Birth, Category, Email, Mobile
number and other exemption details, if applicable. On successful completion of this stage, activation link is sent to
applicant’s email. Click on Apply => Online Registration from the top/left for registration.
b. दू सरा चरण: थम चरण म रिज टेशन पूरा करने के बाद आवेदक के िलए ज री है िक वह ईमे ल म िमले ए वेशन िलं क पर क
करके एकाउं ट को ए वेट करे ।
Step 2: The applicant is required to activate the account by clicking on the activation link received through email after
completing registration in Step 1.
c. तीसरा चरण :ए वेशन सफल प से पू रा होने के बाद ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने के िलए अ यथ अपने लॉिगन आईडी और पासवड से
लॉिगन कर सकते ह। इस चरण म अ यथ के िलए ज री है िक वह अपनी शै ि क यो यता, कोई काय अनु भव इ यािद है तो वह, अपना सभी
िववरण भरे । यह अनेक तर वाला चरण है िजसम आवेदक को अगले तर पर जाने की अनुमित तभी दी जाती है जब वह वतमान तर पर

Step 3: On successful completion of this activation, candidates can login using their login id and password for applying
online. In this step the candidate is required to fill in all details of his/her Educational Qualifications, Work Experience, if
any etc.This is a multi stage step where applicant is allowed to go to the next stage only on entering the information
required for current stage. The sequence of stages is as follows:-

c. Personal Details
d. Upload Photo & Signature
e. Submit Application
(ii) उपयु त तरों के िलए िलंक Apply Online menu (Apply => Apply Online) पर उपल ध ह। आवेदक को शैि क यो यता िलंक पर
क करके शु आत करनी चािहए। एक बार जानकारी सेव हो जाने पर अगला तर, यानी काय अनुभव जानकारी भरने के िलए उपल ध
कराया जाएगा।
The links for the above stages are available on Apply Online menu (Apply => Apply Online). The applicant should
start by clicking on the "Educational Qualifications" link. Once information is saved, the next stage i.e. Work
Experience will be made available for filling up the information.
(iii) वतमान तर से संबंि धत सभी सूचना भरने के बाद आवेदक फॉम म नीचे िदए गए "Save and Proceed to Next Step" िवक प का योग
कर सकते ह, िजससे वतमान तर पर भरी गई जानकारी सेव हो जाएगी और भरने के िलए अगला तर उपल ध हो जाएगा। अगले तर को
Apply Online menu (Apply => Apply Online) म िदए गए िलंक के ज रए भी खोला जा सकता है । जानकारी को िकसी भी तर पर"
Save and Proceed to Next Step" िवक प का योग करके सेव िकया जा सकता है ।
On entering of all the information related to current stage, the applicant can use "Save and Proceed to Next Step"
option at the bottom of form which will save the information entered in current stage and opens the next stage for
filling. The next stage can also be opened using link provided in Apply Online menu (Apply => Apply Online).The
information at any stage can be saved using the "Save and Proceed to Next Step" option.

(iv) आवेदक जब "Submit Application" तर पर प ंचेगा तो उसके ारा भरी गई सारी जानकारी को डा प म िदखाया जाएगा। इस तर
पर आवेदक को पूव तरों पर भरी गई जानकारी को संशोिधत करने की अनुमित होगी। यिद आवेदक को िव वास है िक भरी गई जानकारी
सही है, तो वह "Submit Application"िवक प का योग कर आवेदन जमा कर सकता/सकती है। एक बार आवेदन जमा हो जाने के
बाद आवेदक को दी गई जानकारी म कोई प रवतन करने की अनुमित नहीं होगी।आवेदन जमा होने के बाद एक आवे दन नंबर िदया
जाएगा। आवेदन का ि ंट द ावेज़ ों के स ापन/ कौशल परी ा / वैय क सा ा कार के िलए उप थत होते समय साथ लाना ज री है।
िकसी भी िव ािपत पद के िलए ऑनलाइन आवेदन ि या तभी पूण होगी जबिक उपयु त लागू चरण पूरे िकए जाते ह।
Once the applicant reaches "Submit Application" stage, a draft of all the information entered by the applicant will be
shown. At this point the applicant is allowed to modify any details entered in earlier stages. If the applicant is sure
that all the information entered is correct, he/she can submit the application using "Submit Application" option.
Applicant will not be allowed to make any changes in the information furnished once he/she submits the
Application. After submission of application, an Application no. will be generated. The printed application is
required to be brought at the time of Document verification /Skill Test/ Personal Interview.The Online Application
Process for any of the post advertised is complete only after all the above mentioned applicable steps are complete.
