and Services Limited (SPS) and Valar Frontier Solutions.

This is an Instruction Notice as described in the Contract referred to above.

Defined terms set out in the Contract shall have the same meaning when set
out in this Instruction Notice.

Under the terms of the Contract referred to above, we hereby give you notice
that we require Valar Frontier Solutions to provide SPS with the Security
Services:
