• Conduct technical analyses on customer returns of parts, modules, and bicycles. Test
fundamental bike parts and components in a lab setting.
• Promote consumer voice within internal teams. Write and distribute technical
investigation reports to clients in order to resolve issues.
• Make an effort to spread shared learning throughout sites. Keep the necessary
documents and reports of the resolution of client issues.
