a. Store in proper location and condition
b. Fill up proper paper works
8 Establish chain of custody
a. Complete forms
b. Provide initials and signatures
c. IOC verifies all documents are complete with SOCO Team leader
9 Turnover of evidence-to-evidence custodian
a. Evidence custodian fill up necessary forms
