CLEAN AND GREEN PROGRAM

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
FY 2018

Quarter 1(January-March 2018)

 Coordinated with the Barangay Officials for the implementation of the
Clean and Green Program.
 Organized the officers of the Clean and Green Program.
 Conducted information drive on proper waste management.
 Performed roadside cleanup.

Quarter 2(April-June 2018)

 Continued the cleanup drive along the streets.
 Trimmed grasses, bushes, and tree branches.
 Planted 30 Mahogany tree seedlings along Agayep Street.
 Set up vegetable gardens (okra and eggplant).

Quarter 3(July-September 2018)

 Intensified the information dissemination on waste segregation.
 Carried out street cleaning.
 Sustained the growth of planted tree seedlings and vegetable gardens.

Quarter 4(October-December 2018)

 Maintained the clean and green surroundings.
 Encouraged the residents to keep on doing “Petek Ko, Linisan Ko”.
 Conducted program evaluation and submitted accomplishment report.

 Conducted conference with the Barangay Officials for the continuation of the
Clean and Green Program.
 Organized set of officers for the Clean and Green Program.
 Intensified information drive on proper waste management.
 Conducted roadside cleanup.

Quarter 2(April-June 2019)

 Carried out cleanup drive along the streets.
 Trimmed grasses, bushes, and tree branches.
 Planted mahogany tree seedlings and malunggay cuttings in selected areas.
 Put up vegetable gardens (camote, okra, ampalaya and eggplant).

Quarter 3(July-September 2019)

 Intensified the information campaign on proper waste segregation.
 Continued street cleaning.
 Planted more malunggay cuttings.
 Sustained vegetable gardens.

Quarter 4(October-December 2019)

 Purchased additional cleaning materials.
 Maintained the clean and green environment.
 Encourage residents to maintain “Petek Ko, Linisan Ko” and put up backyard
vegetable garden.
 Conducted program evaluation and submitted the accomplishment report.
