Complaint Letter

The restaurant owner :

I am here to complain about of your restaurant . I went to your restaurant last week
to celebrate my friend birthday and have a meal in your restaurant .But , we have
some trouble in your restaurant .
First, I want to complaint that your restaurant is unhygienic. I thought that the
kitchen of your restaurant is clean, tidy and hygienic . Also, I see some fish in tank
was died .I’ve also see cockroach and mice everywhere.
Secondly, I would like to complaint about the food . I see some seafood was died in
the tank. Furthermore, the cook smoke at the kitchen and scatter ashes on the dishes
. The fish was also uncooked and made us got poison. We even see some dead
cockroach in the dishes .
What’s more, the service attitude of the waiter in your restaurant is really
rude .When we complain to them about the food , he performance so mad and even
drive away us and use badwords attack us . When I come this restaurant before , I
thought that your restaurant waiters will be very polite and well-mannered. So, we
think we are disrespected. And what we are here want to deal with is to find out the
problem and write this complaint letter about your restaurant to you .
In the end , in your restaurant , we’ve find server problems of your restaurant of
your restaurant .Like the hygienic problem , the quality of food and the manner of
the waiters. Hope your restaurant we improve well or else we will complain to the
Food and Health Bureau.
