IPC Section 87 states that -

Any act that can cause death or serious hurt such that which is not in the
knowledge of the doer, which is likely to cause death or grievous hurt, is not an
offence.
If it is performed with the consent of a person who is over eighteen years of age.
Consent may be given by the person/performer in any manner expressed or implied.

Explanation
In this section, we can understand that when there is a mutual understanding of the
context of the harmful activities between people who are performing any act, would
not be considered liable for any kind of offence.

In this scenario, there was the knowledge of the cause with no intention of dying.

Anyone of that person performing the act with the consent would not be held liable
for the punishments and offence.

Illustration
Two people A and F consent mutually going for any kind of amusement, they both have
mutual consent on the harm that it can cause.

So when if A hurts F unintentionally while performing any kind of the, A has not
committed any kind of offence.
