Air Pollution Problem
Air pollution is an invisible but deadly problem. Once you have breathed it
in, air pollution can affect every organ inside your body. It accounts for an
estimated 4.2 million deaths per year due to stroke, heart disease, lung cancer,
lung cancer, acute and chronic respiratory diseases. It is possibly said that this
issue may be caused by some main factors. One of the prominent reasons
concerning this problem is the burning of fossil fuels. This is because billions of
vehicles run on roads are powered by gasoline and diesel engines that burn
petroleum for releasing energy. Petroleum is made up of hydrocarbons, and
engines don’t burn them cleanly. Another factor leading to this situation is the
proliferation of the population. This means the acceleration in using private
vehicles. The transportation exhaust emission exerts detrimental impacts upon
the air and people’s health, resulting in the alarming rate of respiratory-related
diseases. In summary, there are indeed many reasons for air pollution to become
a serious problem, however, they can be solved once measures are taken
urgently.
