General rule of outside employees and visitor in & out
- Due to the epidemic situation of the COVID-19, all personnel entering the company premises must
undergo a body temperature test from the security personnel, disinfection treatment, and wear a
face mask before entering the company.
- For those who are unwilling to be examined or have abnormal body temperature, security
personnel have the right to refuse entry.
- Anyone with a body temperature of 37.5oc or above is not allowed to enter the workplace and
required to repeat a body temperature measurement. Report to the Human Resource department
if anyone body temperature measurement remain at 37.5oc or higher for further action.
- Anyone who has developed COVID-19 symptoms is not allowed to enter the workplace, and such
case should be report to Human Resource department.
- Body temperature measurement must need to perform on outside employees and visitor in & out
daily before being allowed into the workplace.
- After body temperature measurement, outside employees and visitor in & out, must need to fill in
their name, phone number and their body temperature to keep for our reference and to keep as
record.
- Scan QR code before is required to do before entering into workplace to stop COVID-19.
- Anyone who comes from most COVID-19 outbreak area is not allowed to enter the factory.
- All of outside employees and visitor come in must need to show Covid-19 Vaccination Card.

subsequently incorrect or incomplete, then the audit/inspection may be cancelled and
cancellation fees will be applicable. If the UL employee, on arrival determines that the
Infection Measures in place at the factory are not sufficient, not meet national and local
policy requirements and present a risk to health, then the service may be cancelled and
cancellation fees may be subjected.
