Objectives/Agenda:

 To conduct the 1ST GPTA Assembly for the school year 2020-2021.
 To update the parents about the School Activities, Programs and Projects
Accomplishments.
 To inform the parents about the MOOE, Annual Procurement Plan and
Future plans and Projects.

Highlights of the Activity:

 Assessing parents to their respective seats with the proper observance of

health protocols and safety measures on the conduct of the activity.
 Updating and informing parents about the changes of the Schedule of
Activities for the School Year 2020-2021 adapting the New Normal Set-Up.
 Updating about the School programs and Projects, MOOE and Other School
Updates.
 Delivered short message for the continued support of the parents in the
community of Hon. Brgy. Captain Jelito V. Dela Cruz.

Results/Output:
 Compilation of the Parent’s attendance who attended the Assembly.
 Documentation on the conduct of the 1st GPTA Assembly.
 71% Parents’ attendance
 100% Teachers’ attendance
