Sertoli cells are the nutritive cells present inside seminiferous tubules.

They provide
nourishment to the male germ cells. Leydig cells are present outside the seminiferous tubules in
the interstitial spaces, they secrete androgens. Sertoli cells are stimulated by FSH,
whereas Leydig cells are stimulated by LH.
