Feedbacking - Assessment of Learning 2

Dr. Leoncio Lumaban is an overrated teacher, I mean by that, the way he delivers his
lessons in a very smooth way. He starts his day from us by rejuvenating and empowering
our minds and hearts with prayer. Then he will ask us what was our lesson in the last
meeting, he makes sure that there are learnings that we know. The transition of every topic
that he discussed is smooth. He makes sure that everyone will open their mouth or engage
with the topic. He uses technology to the fullest so he can simplify instruction,and so we can
easily grab and understand the topic. His way of planning his instruction is really remarkable;
his lessons and modules have a designated day so he dont miss any topic. He creates
activities, quizzes and exams ahead of time and based on every topic he discusses. He also
made sure that he announced the pointers to review in both exams and quizzes. Overall he
as a teacher, not only he does teaching but he applies what he is teaching and also cares
about his students.

Thanks to you, for reaching deep in me
to find all I can be, before I can see it myself.

For teaching me to be, a stronger, smarter person academically at least for me.

And for the take away advices, and for all the things you gave me
I can't thank you enough.
But, thanks to you I have a future and I’m ready to be like you.
