Step 1: Type your s-number & last name. Then click on “I’m not a robot” and click “Search”

Step 2: Choose “Email” or “SMS” as your convenience. You will receive a security code to reset
password.

Step 3: After reset successfully, please allow at least 10 minutes so the password can sync completely
