Madam/Sir;

Greeting of peace and love!

Since we are returning to the new normal due to the pandemic the whole
council has decided to have a barangay fiesta celebration this coming August 10-11,
2022. but our barangay has a shortage of equipment for the celebration such as tables
and chairs.

In connection, we would like to ask your assistance to request from your office
of Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) for free lumber/timbers
removed during the road widening in Bolo Sur to be used for table and chair. Our
barangay needs 2,000 board feet to suffice the construction of 50 pcs. Table and 100
pcs. of Chair. What we can ask for will be a great help to our Barangay councils and
especially it will help the environment by avoiding cutting down trees just to have
something to use to make tables and chairs.

We are hoping for your positive response in this endeavor.
