How to Make a Hamburger
Hamburger is one of the favorite snack menus in this world. Millions of people
everywhere enjoy their day with this delicious mouth-watering meal. Making your own
burger is both easy and a much healthier option. All you need is to get some freshly ground
beef from your favorite butcher and to put in a bit of effort. If you want to know how to make
a hamburger, just follow these simple steps for making the patties, seasoning, creating and
cooking the burgers, and adding the toppings.
The first step is to make the patties for the burger. For making the patties you need to
prepare 1 pound of lean ground beef, some burger buns, and 1 egg yolk. Then, get the right
meat. Get a butcher to grind the beef with a 20% fat content. If possible, buy the meat on the
day you’re going to cook it. Ask the butcher to grind the meat twice for maximum results.
