Computer System
Entering college, I decided to enter faculty of management that are closely related to
numbers. We Learn a lot about how to process data, numbers, counting, etc. Previously I used to
do these things by hand in paper, it was quite tiring and time consuming. Until finally I was
taught how to process data & numbers more easily by using a computer system. One of the
computer systems that I use is Microsoft Excel.
Microsoft Excel is commonly used in my department for making financial records,
preparing financial budgets, making reports in the form of tables, graphs, or diagrams. I often use
Microsoft Excel in every course related to calculations. The biggest difference is that Microsoft
Excel is much more efficient and less time consuming than writing by hand. Not only that,
Microsoft Excel also makes it easier for me to process data, because it has a feature called
“formula” where this feature can perform multiple even complex/big data calculations in a short
time, obviously faster than a calculator.
