AFFIDAVIT OF COMPLAINT

The UNDERSIGNED, Kyle Talisic, accuses Klyth Prescillas, of

murder, committed as follows, to wit:

That on September 9, 2022, at about 9:30 pm in the Brgy. Sta. Cruz,

Municipaliy of Liloan, Cebu, Philippines, the said accused did then and there willfully,
unlawfully, feloniously, and by means of a handgun and knife, committed murder
undersigned victim directly overt acts to wit: the above name accused, with the intent
to kill, with treachery premeditation, taking advantage of superior strength and at the
night-time, and unlicensed firearm, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and
feloniously shoot MIRAMIE COMING which cause her untimely death, to the
damage and prejudice heirs.

The undersigned executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the

foregoing facts and to support the filing of Criminal Cases against Klyth Precillas for
violations of Murder, this 11thday of September , 2022.
