Les adj longs

Adjectif de plus de deux syllables (interesting, comfortable, di cult…)

Adj de deux syllables ne se terminant pas par un -y (boring, polite, clever…)

Les adj courts

Adj d’une syllable (strong, tall, fast…)

Adj de deux syllables se terminant par un -y (funny, messy, tidy…)

Construction:

- Adj court + -er + than:

Peter is taller than Chris

This movie is funnier than the one we sax last Sunday

(Attention: ne ps oublier à transformer le y en i)

- More + adj long + than

That exercice is more di cult than I thought
