in a Suit for Declaration and Possession

       Where the Plaintiff contends that he is the owner of the 
suit schedule site and the possession was taken by the 
Defendant illegally and the Defendant sets up perfection of his 
title to the suit property by adverse possession.
 
1. Whether the Plaintiff proves that he purchased the suit 
schedule site measuring 60X40 from on 01­01­2005 and 
as such he is the owner of the said site?

2. Whether the Plaintiff proves that the Defendant has 
illegally taken possession of the said schedule site 60X40?

3. Whether the Defendant proves that he has been in 
possession of the suit schedule site as of right openly to 
the knowledge of the predecessor and the Plaintiff, hostile 
to their interest therein and without any interruption and 
as such he has perfected his title to the suit schedule site 
and adverse possession?

4. Whether the Plaintiff is entitled to declaration that he is 
the owner of the suit schedule site?

5.     Whether the Plaintiff is entitled to recover possession of the
Suit schedule site form the Defendant?

    6.      Whether the Plaintiff is entitled to future mesne profits? If 
so, at what rate? 

7.      What Decree or Order?
