Bloodletter

"The demented trick weapon brandished by Brador, the

Healing Church assassin.
The Bloodletter assumes its true and terrifying form after it
draws upon blood from the inner reaches of one's body and
soul."
In any of it's forms the Bloodletter has a +2 bonus to attack
and damage rolls and uses your spell save DC for it's
properties.
Normal State
Melee weapon (simple, mace)
Damage: 1d6 bludgeoning
Properties: Trick
Brador's Sacrifice. This weapon can use the blood of it's
wielder to unleash it's true form. As a bonus action you can
draw your blood using this weapon, up to a maximum of half
of your hit dice, and roll the same amount of dice and take
damage equivalent to the roll. This damage cannot be
resisted. The weapon then enters it's transformed state.
Transformed State
Melee weapon (martial, morningstar)
Damage: 1d10 piercing + 1d6 necrotic
Properties: Heavy, Trick, Two-handed
Brador's Wrath. Using the power of it's wielder's blood,
the Bloodletter can punish those that surround it. As an
action you hit this weapon against the floor and anyone
within 5 feet of you makes a Constitution saving throw.
Targets take necrotic damage equal to 2d6 + [1d6 + 2] per
dice rolled in the transformation of the weapon on a failed
save and half as much damage on a successful one. Then, in
exchange for the power it unleashes, the weapon tries to
make you learn truths that your mind cannot comprehend.
You must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or take necrotic
damage equal to another roll equivalent to the one you used
to transform the weapon. You can use this feature a number
of times equal to your proficiency bonus before a long rest.
