Personal statement

I have been taken a bacholar degree in labartory Medical science .it was a very
interesting field and stuyding of a lots variable courses . to get effective diagnosise of alots of
clinical diseses, however, i was very very interested of diagnosis of immunological diseseses
by approach lab technigues.

There are lots of immunology disorders needs to investigate like autoimmunity allergy,
immundeficiency impairment specially related to the pediaterics.

After i graduated i have honor rank because i was the first on graduation among my
colleagues so my doctors and teachers choose me to works with them as a teacher assistant.
So i worked for fours years at my collage transfering between different labs to get different
experiences while i worked in microbiology lab but i did not lose my passion to the
immunology.

i have been researched about the relation between microbies such as bacteria and viruses and
how they are affected the the immune system by pathogenesis of infectious disesese. then i
found the vaccınology subjects through reading research articles and scientific journals very
interesting and important for good and research study through like for example study about
using the CRİSPER-9 system to decrease the virulens of danger viruses by gene compostition
changes and study and see the immune response to strengthen the immune system throuhg
antibodies production for longer protection .

in my immunology lab work, i was excited about Elisa ,ELİSPOT, Proliferation of

lymphocytes assay to evaluate immune function by usig Flowcytometry teq.

collaboration, commitment and the time management at work it was my priorities. i love
labartory team work and we feel happy if we do our work with full precision and
responsibility.

My underdgraduation study it was in english languages and also my work so i have an

excellent level of english.besıde that i have good communiation skills.

İf you accept me to be one of the students at your university i will be grateful and happy to
fulfill my wish to be an immunologist researcher until i can help to diagnose diseases for
many patientrs who suffer .especially in my country that we miss these specialties.
