Introduction.

Before assessing the extent a business research is vital for total quality management it is quite important to understand the meanings of the two terms. The research provides the needed information that guides managers to make informed decisions to successfully deal with problems and satisfy customers. TQM stands for Total Quality Management. This is a holistic approach to long-term success that views continuous improvement in all aspects of an organization as a process and not as a short-term goal.
