1.Keep your back straight.

2.It’s prohibited to practise on an empty stomach or


right after you ate.

3.Fresh air.

4.Relaxation. Try to get rid of any negative thoughts


and fully relax your muscles

5.Close your eyes. This’ll help you not get distracted


and fully focus on breathing.

6.Concentrate.

7.Repeat. Each relaxing exercise has to be done 5-10


times.
