Project Description

a.)Background of the Project

During the pandemic, I've seen that inappropriate garbage disposal is

rampant in various areas of our house. In the same way, this could create a
problems in family member's health.

b.)Justification of the project

Several typhoons hit Cebu City after COVID-19 began. Much trash has
landed in our barangay, and our streets, particularly at our home, are
littered. The goals of this "Household Clean-Up Project" are to encourage
my family members to remove trash and debris from our homes.

c.)Benefits derived from the project

The project will benefit the target audience in terms of learning how
to correctly segregate waste as well as preventing illnesses that might
result from inappropriate waste disposal and filthy surroundings.

d.)Coverage

The project will be conducted at our house during the month of April,
with an emphasis on cleaning our surroundings on Monday and Thursday from
8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. After that, the rubbish that was collected during
the cleaning of the area must be separated into two types: non-
biodegradable should be collected by the barangays garbage truck, while
biodegradable should be placed in the compost pit.

VII. Methodology

In this project, the lecture-seminar method will be used. Prepare the

things needed, like stick brooms, trash bags, and dust pan.
Then the activity should be every Monday and Thursday for the month of April.
