This is to certify that ANANIAS F. SINGCOL married, of legal age, residing at Purok 7-A, Km. 8,
Barangay Matina Pangi, Davao City, were given an authority to manage and cultivate the land containing
an area of three (3.0) hectares, Thirty Thousand (30,000) square meters more or less, located at Sitio
Gading, Brgy. Tawan-Tawan, Baguio District, Davao City, to develop and plant any agricultural crops
under the Obu-Manuvu Ancestral domain tribes covered under Dangcay-Clan in order to maintain our
sustainable organic food consumption in the market.

That the above-mentioned areas are not for sale or to transfer to any individuals not a member of the
families mention herein. If the occupant is no longer interested to cultivate the same, they are free to turn-
over the said areas to chieftain or any heirs from Dangcay-Clan.

That the declared boundaries, open areas, for every occupant, will be planted with durable trees (fruits
and or forest tress) in order to maintain our balance ecosystem.

Any occupants are not allowed to cut-off the existing forest trees found therein within the premises, in
order to maintain our forest reservation, to avoid landslide and flash floods.

That all occupants will put up an association for the good relationship of every member and can join and
ask aide easily from our local government authorities for the welfare of everybody.

That this certification is being issued for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
