WAIVER OF RIGHTS
We, CHIEFTAIN BRANDO E. DANGCAY, ADJIE D. HIRMOJINO, CLAODIN D. MASAGLANG and
RANDY E. DANGCAY, all married, all of legal age, Filipinos and all residents of Brgy. Carmen, Baguio
District, Davao City, Philippines, after being duly sworn, deposes and state:

That we are heirs of widower CHIEFTAIN NONOY AYAG DANGCAY, owned a total land area of
36, 997 hectares (Dangcay-Clan) under the OBU-MANUVU UNIFIED ANCESTRAL DOMAIN tribes, and
covered by Republic Act No. 8371 (IPRA LAW), located at Sitio Gading, Brgy. Tawan-Tawan, Baguio
District, Davao City. Part of it is an area of three (3.0) hectares, Thirty Thousand (30,000) Square Meters
more or less, are given in favor to ANANIAS F. SINGCOL. The said area is not for sale. We only give our
rights of the area to be developed and to be cultivated of any agricultural products.
