1. Have my abstract and the keywords been well-prepared to enable the reader to
identify the basic content of my paper quickly and accurately?
2. Has the abstract provide a clear statement of the problem, the proposed approach or
solution, and point out major findings and conclusions?
3. Has the Abstract ranged from 100 to 250 words in length?

4. When not essential, have I avoided putting any references in the Abstract?

The Introduction provides the following elements:

a clear background

a clear statement of the problem

the relevant literature on the subject

the proposed approach or solution, and

the new value of research which it is innovation (within 3-6 paragraphs). It should be
understandable to colleagues from a broad range of scientific disciplines.
