The Higher Education in the Context of Bangsamoro (HECBOL) project of the Commission
on Higher Education (CHED)supports the coordinating efforts of multiple agencies of the
government and partners including the CHED, OPAPP, MBHTE-BARMM and other
stakeholders to attain the objectives of assistance in terms of capacity building for MBHTE-
BARMM Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).

In accordance with the Agreement # 7, “to propose professional development to faculty

and staff of BARMM HEIs through the available CHED and other national government
funds” the HECBOL Project will be having a CHED Scholarship Program Orientation for
BARMM Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) on MAY 30- June 01, 2022, at The Farm
@Carpenter Hills, Koronadal City.

Upon invitation from CHED-HECBOL, may we request three (3) representatives for your
Cotabato City Campus to participate in the said activity. Preferred participants would be
the school scholarship coordinator or those faculties or personnel having a
thesis/dissertation for their research.

Expenses incurred i.e. travelling cost shall be charged to your own respective local funds
subject to usual auditing rules and regulations.
