Good day,
I would like to seek assistance regarding my blocked TNT SIM card with the number:
0909-809-9956.
Since July 20, 2022, I have been trying to figure things out, asking for necessary
technical support about my SIM card. Prior to calling your hotline numerous times, I
have already visited the SMART office- Baguio branch and was informed that an
'unusual activity' was detected by your system which pertains to me excessively
registering to your load promo last July 18.
I would gladly appreciate your help as the mentioned contact number is connected to
all my personal accounts, which include my bank accounts, e-wallets, and even
necessary documents. I have been using the phone number for many years now so,
I am earnestly hoping for its recovery.
