About the Researchers
A. GENERAL FORMATTING
• All final reports must be printed on a letter size (8.5x11 inches) paper, with 1 inch margin on top, bottom, and right
sides and 1.5 inch margin on the left side.
• Use Times New Roman, size 11, all “regular”
• Title must be bold, subtitles are italicized, and header and footers capitalized.
• Spacing must be 1.5 except appendices and table of contents, which are single-spaced
• This research format uses a three-liner table
• Tables are in a regular format, and do not bear text s in bolds, italics, or all caps unless necessary.
• Tables are indented on the left side of the page, and are numbered 1, 2, 3, and so on.
• Illustrations are center-aligned. Figures are also numbered 1, 2, 3, and so on, and do not bear text s in bolds, italics, or
all caps unless necessary.
• Illustrations should also be in black and white.
• Verbalizations are indented inward at 1 inch first line indent, 0.5 inch left/hanging indent, and 5.5 inches right indent.
• Original verbalization must be enclosed in quotations
• Native languages must be italicized, and corresponding English translations must be written after the verbalization,
enclosed in parenthesis.
• Participant code must be written after each verbalization. Do not use real name.
• Ellipses can be used to imply that certain word from the original transcription in the purpose of limiting the presentation
of data to the most significant only.
• References should follow the American Psychological Association (APA) 6th style of formatting. The hanging indent
must be 0.5 inch and the left indent must be left at 0 inch. The list must be single-spaced, and each references should
be separated with one blank line.
C. FORMATTING APPENDICES
• Numbered alphabetically (Appendix A, Appendix B, Appendix C, and so on)
• Appendix titles are centered aligned, with the title bold, and subtitle regular.
• Appendix content is placed in its original format
