Introduction
This review critically analyzes the journal article “Conflict Resolution and Conflict Transformation:
Some Reflections”. This review includes overall summaries of the article, critical analysis, critique of the
article, and conclusion. Secondly, concisely study the effectiveness of the article’s structure, exploring
how the facts are presented and whether the person who read the article can access it succesfully.
Thirdly, the review will evaluate the article, evaluating its authority, accuracy, objectivity, and coverage.
The review will also study on what causes and sources of the conflict, how to resolve and transform
conflict through problem-solving,meditation, . And lastly, the review will help us know and understand the
major differences as well as similarities between conflict resolution and conflict transformation.
Article Summary
Wani, Suwitra, and Payeye (2013) conducted a study about Conflict Resolution and Conflict Transformation. The
purpose or the objective of this study is to find out how to transform and resolve conflict, what is conflict and know
how to handle conflict effectively. The study focuses on how conflict occurs between people, aggression,
hostility, and violence seem to be synonymous with the state of humanity. Likewise, humans have looked
for peace whenever there has been violence, effectively managing conflict by containing or minimizing the
repercussions it will have. Treaties, handshakes, agreements, and cease-fires are all signs of human
attempts to lessen the adverse effects that are more effective than others.

This research journal is a research which was conducted by three authors, Hilal Ahmhad Wani, Andi Suwirta and
Joseph Payeye . This journal proposes to find out about the Conflict Resolution and Conflict Transformation. The
journal has 3 parts which include abstract, introduction, and conclusion.. In the end of the journal there is a list of
references for the literature studies. In the abstract, the authors had explained the focus of the study which is the
Conflict Resolution and Conflict Transformation and overall finding including the differences and similarities of both
