Thesis topic: Mobile Residence

My goal for the past to months was to identify a topic that would be personal to me and my journey
so far into both life and architecture. Hence, I came a realisation that over the years what I have
accumulated was travel. Given that I was privileged enough to go around the country of India and
live under different cultures each time. To this day, I seem to find myself away from home but still
trying to lay the foundation for myself wherever I find myself to be. The memories of different
atmospheres I have captured along the way is what I want as a guide for this process. A series of
frozen moments in time almost like notes in a perfume.

In a manner of speaking, it seems that this has become a sort of tradition for me, and I would like to
explore the possibility of establishing a practice from it. In order to do so, as of now my idea is to
understand origins of a tradition and study a few contrasting ones in hopes to create one.

Down below I have attached a song called locket, I heard it only a few weeks back and when I did, I
knew exactly what I wanted my thesis to be written for. The video is also an encouraging element to
this process of thought.

I do not think I have established a solid topic yet but with a few feedbacks I should be able to
identify what I am looking for.
