Subject: Continuation of practical classes on weekdays

Dear sir,
This letter has been written as a response to the school authority’s proposal to revert the practical class routines
to the old schedule.

We are in agreement with the new routine that the parents demanded, which would give two days of weekly
mandatory holiday to the students. We demand the practical class routine to remain as it currently is, which is
from Sunday to Tuesday till 2pm. We are not in agreement with the school authority’s request since not only
does it overlook the government’s instructions but also attending continuous 2 hour long classes on weekends
takes a poll on the students. Even if the government agrees to hold 6 day classes, such a tiresome routine can
have adverse effects on the students in terms of both physical and mental pressure. Therefore, we would
request the authority to carry out the classes as per the current routine.
