We continue to make improvements to correct code 45 issues and this has resulted in a
reduction of code 45.

One of the improvements is in the solder process for the heat sinks of the FET’s and to
X-ray every board today.

We have included some examples of the FET x-rays to identify the voids in the solder
process.

We continue product improvements and our quality processes. The next page provides
a glimpse of the depth of our analyses and quality capabilities where the FET solder
connection voids have been x-rayed.
