“UNPACKING THE UNCONSCIOUS”

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)

The Department had organised a 5 day certificate course in Neuro Linguistic Programming
(NLP) - Business practitioner program under Mr. Prakash Rao an International NLP Trainer
from Born In Flight from 10th February to 14th February 2020. It was a wonderful course,
which not only empowered the participants to be better versions of themselves, but also to
understand why they do certain things as they do. This program developed self-confidence,
made the participants realise that they have all the resources they need within them and have
the capability to achieve what they want. The program was also very helpful in understanding
the brain principles and also expanding an individual’s map of the world. The participants
realised that there is a need to address the change at the higher logical level, analyse, decode
the pattern and make the necessary changes to achieve what they want. The program was
