One of our strengths is we are a mobile sushi food truck. There is not many out there.
STRENGTHS In addition to this we also sell our sushi cheaper then it is in a sushi restaurant. This
benefits us a lot.
WEAKNESSES A lot of people might not think of sushi of the first thing they want to eat when
they see a food truck. They might think of more finger food and barbeque. Also a lot
of people are not favorable of sushi and do not like it.
OPPORTUNITIES The opportunities they have is when they are concerts in Festival Park. We will
have a lot of business with all the people at the concert.
Our threats are bad weather such as snow and rain. Another threat is location, if we
