As far I am concerned, I believe that working abroad is the only
professional way that Spanish youngster have to achieve a rewarding job. As you well known, 20 years ago it seemed that the labour market was improving. Both youth and adults had no problem to find a job, even many times they used to have two. But nowadays the situation is quite different due to this fact that we are in a period of economic recession. Currently, there are a high rate of unemployment. Not only is it difficult to find a rewarding job, but the workforce can be laid off at any time.. So the majority of population who have a job , work long hour, and stucking in a net that hold them back; doing a tedious and monotonous job with a low salary. Moreover the treatment at workplace in some cases borders on the inhumane., and you always work under pressure. Due to this fact, I consider that working abroad could give you a thorough knowledge and careers prospects for your future. The reason why nowadays there are an increase in the brain drains is globalisation which help the free mobility between countries worldwide. Currently youngsters ha e to make serious efforts to get a job although they know the ropes. Not only so they need a good level of education they have had to speak a fluent English. Consequently, they often finish undertaking a voluntary job or doing. Finally, I have to say that working abroad ca be consider as a glimmer of hope where you might make grow both personally and professionally
