It's halloween themed and it affects the menu because since it's halloween
themed our desserts will be also themed halloween

The food truck is located at a carnival in Castle Rock, Colorado. And is open from
2:30-10:30

Demographic- The average income 87,864, ages 15-55, Male and female,

Psychographic- People who go to events, people who go outside

Geographic- Castle Rock, Colorado

Product Usage- Mainly on weekends because that's when the carnival/food truck is open, and th
time when adults don't hav work and can go.
Swot analysis
Strengths -Food variety, food prices

Weaknesses -Only open on weekends when the carnival is open

Opportunities - Using the food truck at other places like concerts, football games,
ect

Threats- Other food trucks in the area and at the carnival.


Marketing Plan Objectives
1. We would like to sell at least $400 worth of our product each week.
2. We would like to have 15 new customers each week.

3. We would like to park our ruck in more locations each week to see how different
the profit is.

4. We want to upgrade our supplies, ingredients, and food truck in the future.
Evaluation and Control
We will do daily checks after each week to make sure we are meeting our goal.
We will look at the sales of the food items and see how much we are making each
week and if we need to change anything.
The 4 P’s
Product- Desserts and pastries

Price- 2-3 dollars depending on size, 5-10 on different types of pastries.

Place- Carnivals in Castle Rock, Colorado

Promotion- Online ads, Billboards, Posters, Flyers
