The food truck is located at a carnival in Castle Rock, Colorado. And is open from
2:30-10:30

Demographic- The average income 87,864, ages 15-55, Male and female,
Product Usage- Mainly on weekends because that's when the carnival/food truck is open, and th
time when adults don't hav work and can go.
Swot analysis
Strengths -Food variety, food prices
Opportunities - Using the food truck at other places like concerts, football games,
ect
3. We would like to park our ruck in more locations each week to see how different
the profit is.
4. We want to upgrade our supplies, ingredients, and food truck in the future.
Evaluation and Control
We will do daily checks after each week to make sure we are meeting our goal.
We will look at the sales of the food items and see how much we are making each
week and if we need to change anything.
