“We often overlook our best skills our innate talents—simply because we perform them
• When problems come to my life one after another, I always think about how I can solve
them and how I can learn from them. For example, there is a lot of schoolwork that needs to be
completed and it must be passed immediately before the deadline. I always set a time goal for
this and I will slowly work on a solution so that I can do it without being too stressed or struggling
and finish at what time I set the time goal or at the time when I should finish it.
• In my current situation, I like to dance because this helps me to have a strong and healthy
body but what others say is that I have better skills in singing and that is what suits me. But for
me I can do it both and I can do it at the same time. Let’s say that we have different views or
opinions on a person, of course I am still me and this is my life so I will decide what skills I want
to choose.
• When you start to identify your special skills and mine for them, you might find that your
disruptive skill isn’t just one ability but rather an unexpected junction of regular proficiencies.
Sometimes when others say that I sing well and that my voice is good and that I am talented
because I have skills in singing, dancing and playing musical instruments, I don’t believe them
because I think that I am not good at those skills yet. They praise me but later on, I will realize
that it’s good that other people see my abilities while I don’t. I will also realize that it is
