“We often overlook our best skills our innate talents—simply because we perform them

without even thinking.”

-WHITNEY JOHNSON, FOUNDING PARTNER, ROSE PARK ADVISORS

1. What do you do reflexively well?

• When problems come to my life one after another, I always think about how I can solve

them and how I can learn from them. For example, there is a lot of schoolwork that needs to be

completed and it must be passed immediately before the deadline. I always set a time goal for

this and I will slowly work on a solution so that I can do it without being too stressed or struggling

and finish at what time I set the time goal or at the time when I should finish it.

2. What do others identify as being your best skills?

• In my current situation, I like to dance because this helps me to have a strong and healthy

body but what others say is that I have better skills in singing and that is what suits me. But for

me I can do it both and I can do it at the same time. Let’s say that we have different views or

opinions on a person, of course I am still me and this is my life so I will decide what skills I want

to choose.

3. Do you have a confluence of skills?

• When you start to identify your special skills and mine for them, you might find that your

disruptive skill isn’t just one ability but rather an unexpected junction of regular proficiencies.

Sometimes when others say that I sing well and that my voice is good and that I am talented

because I have skills in singing, dancing and playing musical instruments, I don’t believe them

because I think that I am not good at those skills yet. They praise me but later on, I will realize

that it’s good that other people see my abilities while I don’t. I will also realize that it is

heartwarming that they appreciate what skills you have.
