A. Answer the following questions.

1. What are the three types of exercise? Explain how each type is undertaken.
-Aerobic Exercise- Aerobic exercises are often done at moderate level of intensity over a period of time
that greatly increases the heart rate.
-Anaerobic Exercise - This type of exercises requires a quick burst of energy or a large amount of energy
over a short period of time.
-Flexibility Exercise- This type of exercises requires most of the time bending of joints to enhance the
flexibility of the body.

2. Give the benefits that can be derived from these types of exercises.
-Aerobic Exercise- It helps to develop the endurance, as well as increasing the stamina and energy and
regulating the mental health.
-Anaerobic Exercise - Increases the muscle and bone strength as well as improving cardiac functions and
coordinations along with balance.
-Flexibility Exercise - Enhances the posture as well as the balance and physical performance of the body.
It also greatly increases strength
